  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take an extra 1-2 days for personalization. Don’t worry, revenge is worth the wait.

  • Shipping Options:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 4-5 business days (because some burns just can’t wait)

    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location, typically 7-14 business days

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping speed.

Discreet Packaging We get it—some burns are best delivered under the radar. All our packages are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes to keep the mystery alive.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re confident you’ll love our products, but we also know that life happens. Here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds:

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once the burn has been sent, it’s out in the world, doing its thing.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at burn@gofyrslf.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item(s)

    We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

  • Lost Packages:

    • If your package goes missing, contact us at burn@gofyrslf.com with your order details. We’ll work with our shipping partners to locate it or send you a replacement.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged, defective, or lost during shipping. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


International Customers

We ship globally because pettiness knows no borders. However, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
